What I Offer
All fees are per notarial act, in accordance with state guidelines. Additional names and add-on services billed separately.
Loan Signing Services
Premium loan signing services for lenders, title companies, escrow officers, and signing services. Available after hours, weekends, and holidays. A $50 surcharge applies for after-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments.
